Expert-Led Initiatives: Experts identify opportunities and lead resource mobilization under Manāra's umbrella. We provide institutional backing, infrastructure, and quality oversight. Our collaborators maintain leadership, and commensurate resource share. 

All collaborators work under formal agreements that establish scope, confidentiality, and intellectual property terms.
