Hamza Siddique specializes in workplace inclusion dynamics, expatriate management, and organizational diversity strategies for multinational corporations operating across cultural and geographic contexts. With dual Master's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turku and the University of Stavanger, plus ongoing doctoral research at the University of South-Eastern Norway, he brings distinctive expertise in understanding how contemporary work environments reshape inclusion experiences for internationally mobile professionals. Currently a PhD Research Fellow in Business, Strategy, and Political Sciences, Hamza examines expatriate inclusion in multinational firms, collaborating directly with corporations including Capgemini to co-design and deliver diversity workshops for academic and corporate audiences. His expertise spans strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, project management, and change and technology management, developed through roles including Communications Consultant with Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, where he led strategic communications and large-scale event organization, designed curricula and facilitated workshops preparing students for international business contexts. He has published research on digital global leadership in Cross Cultural & Strategic Management. His international experience across the Nordic region and broader Europe, combined with cross-cultural awareness developed through academic and professional work in Pakistan, Finland, Norway, and beyond, positions him to navigate complex organizational dynamics in globally distributed teams.
