She brings over a decade of experience in international development project management, grants administration, and operations coordination across humanitarian and development programming. Most recently, Anita served as Program Officer with Individualland, where she monitored team performance, managed beneficiary databases, conducted social research, developed proposals in response to RFPs, and prepared donor reports across project cycles. Previously, she worked as Operations and Fundraising Coordinator at Brampton Immigration Consultancy in Ontario, Canada, where she managed cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, administration), conducted budget variance analysis, developed grant applications, and created content for marketing and fundraising campaigns. Earlier in her career, Anita spent over four years with the International Organization for Migration on USAID-funded projects in Pakistan, progressing from Project Associate to Program Coordinator to Project Lead. In these roles, she managed grant portfolios, coordinated proposal development, negotiated agreements with implementing partners, ensured donor compliance, maintained grant databases, and led weekly and quarterly donor reporting. She also worked with Creative Associates International on USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives Projects. Her expertise spans grants management and compliance, budget planning and forecasting, donor reporting, proposal writing, team coordination, and database management. She specializes in managing multiple workstreams, and building systems that ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Anita holds an MBA in Marketing from Bahria University, Islamabad.
