With over two decades of development sector experience, Ahmad specializes in resource mobilization, program design, and strategic AI integration to enhance organizational effectiveness across South Asia. He brings distinctive expertise at the intersection of traditional development practice and emerging technology, pioneering AI tools to transform resource mobilization workflows through custom automation systems for donor mapping, proposal development, and organizational efficiency. His work includes grant writing with a 90% success rate on European Commission proposals, strategic planning for organizations ranging from parliamentary commissions to sports federations, managing program portfolios exceeding $50 million, and building partnerships with over 120 organizations across Pakistan. He has secured funding from the World Bank, USAID, FCDO, UN Women, UNDP, UNESCO, and the European Commission. Ahmad serves as Managing Partner at the Center for Social Analytics and Development Support, leading AI-powered research initiatives for policy analysis and climate resilience. Previously, he served as Advisor for Programmes and Business Development at the Parliamentarians Commission for Human Rights, developing the organization's 2024-2028 strategic plan and securing major grants. Earlier roles include Team Leader at AAN Associates, Head of Communication and Partnerships at Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, and program management positions at Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund. He holds an MPhil in International Development Studies from Iqra University, a Certificate in Social Enterprise Management from LUMS and McGill University, and a Master's in Sociology from the University of the Punjab. He serves as visiting faculty at Quaid-e-Azam University and SZABIST Islamabad.
